The Road Not Taken

Wednesday 26th August 2020

Good morning all,

We are looking for members who are willing to share their personal experiences with Dragon Hall over that last few months. If you’d like to share how the zoom sessions, phone conversations, or anything like that has affected you, please share it with me! I would love to hear from you.

This kind of interaction is what helps us stay connected with our community and with you. So please send in your stories.

This community continues to inspire me the way it supports each other. I hope we can continue to harvest an environment that feels as though we are a part of something greater than ourselves and you all feel a part of it, individually.

I am delighted to be able to continue showcasing your individual creativity and contributions to this newsletter.

Flamenco Zoom sessions have successfully been able to continue despite the physical limitation.
Sam shared this fun photo with us to highlight the members involved. Impressive form!

She has been painting a lot since lockdown began.
We asked her if we could share with you all some of her incredible talent. She has been working on these Chinese brush paintings made during the lockdown and previously.

Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery: We are reopening- 10th September!

We are really delighted to share the news that we hope you’ve been waiting for, that Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery will be reopening on Thursday 10 September. We were so saddened to close Pitzhanger in March, on the eve of opening our new exhibition, and just a year following our major restoration of the Manor and Gallery. After lots of hard work from our wonderful staff and volunteers, we are now in a position to welcome you back safely and we couldn’t be more excited to do so.

Here is the video.
