Good Sunday morning to you all

Hope that you had a good night. I shall be doing only the one update today, as I will be seeing my son for a ‘social distancing’ walk this afternoon. We have not seen each other in the real world for nearly three weeks, so will have a lot of catching up to do!

From Jean Pratique: Creamy Salmon with Sun-dried Tomatoes

Easy peasy ✔️ Not too tricky ✔️ Master chef

Cooking time: 30 minutes

For 2 persons

Prepare your ingredients, turn on the stove, and voila! You are all set to get cooking!

What you need:

4 Salmon Steaks
15 gr butter
2 cups cream
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
7 gr paprika
15 gr French mustard
Salt to taste
Parsley
Salt to taste

Cooking is fun, cooking is simple, cooking is enjoyable! Let’s get started!

Method: Fry the salmon steaks a few minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
Add butter and once it’s melted add the cream, sun-dried tomatoes, paprika and mustard and season with salt.
Mix well, add the salmon steaks and add the parsley.
Cook with lid on for approximately 10 min and voilà!
Recipe tips: Serve straight away for a delicious and filling meal that the whole family will love!
