CHRISTMAS LUNCH 2023
Monday 18th & Tuesday 19th December
Tickets Will Be On Sale from the 7 Dials Club Bar on Friday 29th September & Monday 2nd October between 2.30pm-4.30pm.
Please Note – There are only 225 tickets available.
Tickets can only be purchased in-person between 2.30pm-4.30pm on the dates above and payment must be by card.

CANAL JOURNEY
Thursday 14th September, 10:00 – 13:00
As T.S. Eliot once said, it is the journey, not the arrival that matters. So join Dragon Hall and Captain Phil from The Angel Community Canal Boat Trust and enjoy a relaxing boat journey along the canal.
We will be leaving City Road Lock at 10:00 and arrive back at 13:00

KENSINGTON PALACE

PHOENIX GARDEN GARDENING CLUB
Thursday 21st September, 11:30 – 13:00
Now that the days are getting shorter, join Spencer and the Garden Club on Thursday mornings, between 11:30 and 13:00. Spencer will focus on a different aspect of gardening:
- On the 21st September the members of the garden club will be making Bird Feeders and Bee Hotels.
- As we move into the winter, you’ll be preparing fat and seed balls to help fatten up the birds for the long winter months when food is scarce.
- You will also be crafting bee hotels using reclaimed materials ready for their winter hibernation.

QI GONG CLASS
Tuesday 12th September to Tuesday 5 December (12 weeks) 12:30 – 13:30
Our FREE Qi Gong Class restarts on Tuesday 12th September at 12:30. Qi Gong is a moving meditation using simple, graceful and flowing movements, very similar to tai chi and means ‘energy exercise’. It was developed in China over 4000 years ago and still practised in the modern day.
