Your feedback is very important to us
It helps with improving the quality of activities and services that we provide. Your ideas and suggestions for future sessions mean that Dragon Hall can continue to offer a wide variety of classes, workshops and outings.

We are now planning for the autumn and winter. Members are invited to a meeting to share their views, make suggestions for improvements and speak to me about the over 55’s project.

A Game of Whist

A Game of Whist

Monday 21st August, 14:00 – 16:00

A reasonable understanding of the game is required as sadly there will be no room for any tuition.

This is a game of 4 players with two pairs. A basic rule of the game requires the pairs to change after each game with some movement of players from table to table. This will be done to a lesser extent than at a Whist Drive. As a consequence, you must be prepared to partner any player in the room during the session.

The aim of this course is to enable participants to create products that are inspired by nature using natural easily available ingredients such as essential oils with the addition of cold-pressed nut and vegetable oils, mineral salts, shea butter and much much more.

You will learn the benefits of each of the ingredients and make products that are chemical-free, beneficial to overall well-being, are a pleasure to use and reflect the values of sustainable living.

Yoga Session

Yoga Class

£5.00 per class (pre-booking essential)

A regular exercise routine can improve your quality of life and help you maintain independence. However, many older adults struggle to find a safe, low-impact exercise that fits within their fitness levels. Luckily, yoga for seniors offers a viable solution.

Yoga is an exercise you can do all your life. Its low-impact nature makes it suitable for those with joint pain, osteoporosis, or limited mobility. Plus, yoga poses can easily be modified to fit your comfort level and physical ability, making it a wonderful exercise for any age group. Yoga benefits your mental health and improves physical health also.

Marcos’ way of teaching yoga, promotes a safe and lighthearted environment for your practice and it’s suitable for any fitness level.

If you need to contact me, please contact me only on this mobile number 07759 646507.
Please do not visit me at Dragon Hall. I work at different venues throughout the week and I might not be there.

It is essential that all events/workshops or classes are booked in advance. If you would like to attend an event, please ALWAYS contact me beforehand.

Please note that all payments for classes are paid online via our website. If you have any difficulty with this, I am happy to assist. But again, this must be done beforehand and booked with me.
