Coffee Morning & Quiz

Board Games Afternoon
Tuesday 8th August, 13:00 – 15:00
Come along to CGCC @ 7Dials and spend a chilled Thursday afternoon of board game fun with other members in a relaxed environment. Some games will be available but you can bring your own favourite to share and play too. No experience needed.

Flamenco Class
Every Thursday 12:00 – 13:00
Come along and have a go at dancing Flamenco. In this soft-shoed class, designed for older adults, we use open posture, soft flamenco dance movements and play simple castanets to keep our muscles active, meet other people and have lots of fun! Give it a try! 😀💃🏿
