Monday 20th April – Day Twenty Eight

Good morning all, I read a BBC report yesterday, which made me feel so much better afterwards! Over the last couple of weeks, I have started to talk to myself! Some of the conversations are very boring to be honest; what shall I have for dinner, or time to make a cup of coffee! I loved the paragraph;

“….My old mum used to say that the best thing about talking to yourself was that you knew you would get a decent answer. But then she also said it was the first sign of madness….”

Are you talking to yourself? Are you arguing with yourself? Worse still are you losing the argument…lol….would love to hear your thoughts on the subject!
