Dear All,
Thank you for being a part of the Friday Lunch Club at CGCC. It is our aim to create a safe social space where everyone is welcome. From Friday 10th February 2023, I (Phil Walls) will be taking over the administration of the Lunch Club.
Booking in advance for the club is essential to allow us to order food and eliminate waste.
Richard will continue to take bookings for the following week each Friday – we will only be booking one week in advance.
If you wish to book or cancel a place at the Lunch Club by email this is possible from Monday to Wednesday – the email address to use is manager@cgcc.org.uk. You will receive a response by the end of the day it is received.
Please do not ring.
Please ensure you let us know if you are unable to use your place at the lunch club as there are others on the waiting list.

Please note that all payments for classes are paid online via our website. If you have any difficulty with this, I am happy to assist. But again, this must be done beforehand and booked with me.
