Explore the Arctic

Monday 10th May 2021

Hello Everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well and had a great weekend. I can’t believe how the time is flying by at the moment and we are over a week into May! It seems that summer weather is teasing us all, though, and I’m very much looking forward to warmer, longer evenings exploring London.

I hope you enjoy the newsletter and I wish you a pleasant week.

Leah 😊

Mental Health Awareness Week

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 2021

10th – 16th May

Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. After a challenging year for us all, it’s more important than ever to consider, talk about, and take care of our mental wellbeing.

The focus of this year’s MHA week is nature and how connecting with the natural world can improve mood and enrich our lives. Take some time this week to spend a moment at a local park, buy a plant for your house, or sit and listen to the birdsong. Please feel free to share any photos with us of your time spent with nature so that we can include them in next week’s newsletter.

Whatever you’re going through, remember you are not alone and there are organisations that can provide support and advice.

!SCAM ALERT!

Unfortunately, I’ve become aware of another scam that’s been happening recently:

A very convincing Hermes delivery scam is circulating by text from this number. +44 7960 032168 It sends a text with a convincing link to an even more convincing-looking site for re-delivery that asks for a credit card to charge the re-delivery fee.

Telltale signs are the html address which is not an actual Hermes delivery site address and the fact that re-delivery does not cost a charge by Hermes.
