We have many activities going on at Dragon Hall – if you are turning into a couch potato then come along to one of our classes and start getting healthy again!
Our current regular healthy activities include:
- Tea Dance
- Martial Arts
- Hatha Yoga
- Exercise Class for Women
- Dance to the sounds at the Jazz Bash
- Burlesque Dance Classes
