Get Healthy at Dragon Hall

Get Fit, Get supple, Get healthy, Get new friends
We have many activities going on at Dragon Hall – if you are turning into a couch potato then come along to one of our classes and start getting healthy again!
Our current regular healthy activities include:

Tea Dance
Martial Arts
Hatha Yoga
Exercise Class for Women
Dance to the sounds at the Jazz Bash
Burlesque Dance Classes
