We have decided to join up the dots! There are a variety of activities for the older age group

COVENT GARDEN COMMUNITY CENTRE
Tuesdays – 10am to Noon
ART CLASS. FREE. No experience necessary
Club Thursdays – Drop in day from 10am to 4pm with
Chair Yoga 10:30am to 11:30am

CHAIR YOGA FREE. with Stella
Then a spot of lunch and after that various talks, films and ‘taster’ sessions

Tuesdays & Thursdays – 2pm to 4:30pm
BRIDGE CLUB – not for beginners, you need to know how to play!

DRAGON HALL
Tuesdays – 10:30am to 11:30am
Pilates for over 40s. – £5, drop in class

Tuesdays – 11:30am to 1:30pm
CHOIR – musical theatre, jazz and even a few classics! Chance to sing solo. No experience needed

Last Thursday in the month – 2pm to 5pm
TEA DANCE with Brian Cornes

BLOOMSBURY CENTRAL BAPTIST CHURCH
Tuesdays – 10:30am to 3:30pm
Meet & Eat, FREE entry, chat with others, play board games.
Lunch served at 12:30 costs £2.50

Sundays – 1pm onwards
SUNDAY ROAST – £5 or £4 if you are unwaged

THE SWISS CHURCH
Tuesdays between 8am and 10am
Two weekly sessions aimed at the homeless or those struggling. Volunteers always needed.
BREAKFAST ON THE STEPS – Head to the Swiss church for a hot drink, toast, boiled eggs, fruit and yoghurts, to read the newspapers and to get to know new people.
Fridays between 12 and 1pm
HOLY SOUP – the soup is prepared by volunteers using fresh ingredients. Free for all.

CAMDEN COMMUNITY CONNECTORS
This is a project working across Camden to tackle social isolation and loneliness affecting older people. They are part of the Aging Better in Camden programme and one of 14 programmes funded through the Big Lottery’s fulfilling lives, aging better programme.
