No booking is confirmed until a signed agreement with a 50% deposit is returned
2 weeks notice of cancellation is required to quality for a refund (less £5 administration charge)
Dragon Hall reserves the right of entry during occupation
Dragon Hall is not able to accept responsibility for items left unaccompanied anywhere on the premises
No hirers goods may be stored on the premises in their absence
No smoking is permitted in the building
