About Dragon Hall
Covent Garden Dragon Hall Trust was established to provide a community facility in the heart of Covent Garden, to serve the needs of local residents and the wider public.
Our aim is to encourage increased participation and social interaction, focusing on vulnerable people and those at risk from social exclusion. In particular we work with local parents, the elderly, young people and people from black and ethnic minorities. We provide pre-vocational support to help motivate and encourage people to access employment; increase social cohesion through bringing people together at activities and events; improve health and well-being are key priorities.
By offering an attractive and inclusive range of educational, social and recreational, health and well-being activities and events, we aim to encourage local people to engage in their community and make decisions on the activities and services they would like to establish, whether based at Dragon Hall or run elsewhere but organised by Dragon Hall.
We have 4 rooms of various sizes for hire, the cost of which are on a sliding scale of commercial, charity based organisations and residents of the area.
We also manage the process of hire for the Phoenix Garden in the heart of the West End.
