• type of garden booking – ie full day, half day, photoshoot etc
• best time of day for us to contact you

No booking is confirmed until a signed agreement with a 50% deposit is returned
2 weeks notice of cancellation is required to quality for a refund (less £5 administration charge)
Dragon Hall and the Phoenix Garden reserves the right of entry during occupation
Dragon Hall and the Phoenix Garden is not able to accept responsibility for items left unaccompanied
No hirers goods may be stored in the garden in their absence
