Come to our Exercise Class for women only! Enjoy a fun hour of getting fit! Learn more about getting fit, keeping fit and healthy living in a friendly and uplifting atmosphere.

On a Tuesday afternoon between 1:00pm and 2:00pm, beginners welcome. There is a creche available

The Class is in Dragon Hall, in the Green Room every Friday afternoon from 4pm to 5pm.

You will need:
Comfortable clothes that you can move freely in
Trainers or plimsoles / pumps
Water to drink

If you want to come to the class just turn up.
