Dirty Dancing Trip

Youth Club Trip to see Dirty Dancing
Dragon Hall Youth Club are part of the ‘Time of Your Life Dance Academy’ and receive street dance training by Dancers from Sadlers Wells, funded by London Youth. As a treat the young people were invited to see the hit show ‘Dirty Dancing’ for free!

Children’s Drop In

Children´s Drop In Centre at Dragon Hall
The Under 5s Drop In is being refurbished and moved to the Main Hall! There will be a re-launch session on Friday 18th June 2010 – come along to see the improvements, new toys and activities!
The Drop In will then be open during term time

Thursdays from 12:30pm to 3:00pm
Friday mornings from 9:30am to 12:30pm

The sessions will be in our large Main Hall so there will be loads more space to run around and have fun!

Last Friday of the month at Dragon Hall 6.30pm to 7.30pm.

Polling Day at Dragon Hall

Sunny Day for Voting!
After a 6am start (for me and the set up crew) the day got off to a great start. So far a pretty good turn out with people chatting and putting the world to rights in the sunshine. A great opportunity to tell everyone of our NEW activities here at Dragon Hall…

After School Club

After School Club at Dragon Hall
We are launching our new after school club, every Friday during term time starting on the 23rd April 2010. The club will start at 3:30pm and go on to 6:30pm.
The club is for ages 8 to 11.
We have planned an exciting programme

Homework hour
Arts and Crafts time
Physical Activities

Volunteering At Dragon Hall

Are you over 18?
Would you like to gain experience working with children & young people aged 8-12yrs?
Then why don’t you volunteer at our holiday play schemes? We run them every school holiday throughout the year. We try to make sure that everyone has lots of fun and gets the chance to learn new things & go to new places.

Street Dance Workshops

From 29th January 2010 we will be starting Street Dance Workshops given by Sadlers Wells and supported by London Youth. The sessions will be on Fridays from 5:15pm to 6:15pm. Keyfund launch at Dragon Hall

On Friday 6th Nov, Dragon Hall hosted the official launch of the Keyfund in association with London Youth. This fund put the control of young people’s services directly in their own hands. The event was sold out, attended by a wide range of people including no less than five London Mayors. 11 young people from Dragon Hall presented 3 funding ideas to a panel of Keyfund facilitators.
The Keyfund helps groups of young people recognise and develop transferable skills whilst at the same time accessing up to £3,750 to spend on …
